Your complete guide to using FlightScheduler for monthly bid planning.
FlightScheduler turns the dense monthly schedule PDF into an interactive planning tool. Instead of flipping through dozens of pages, you can browse every line with clear stat chips, apply advanced calendar logic, build ordered bid sheets, and track live metrics interactively.
After signing in, you land on the All Lines view. This contains your toolbar controllers, active filters, comparison calendar rows, and sequential line lists.
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Checkbox | Tick to add this line to your bid sheet |
| Line number | The line identifier (e.g., 001) |
| Stat chips | Credits, Block hours, Days off, and Pairing counts |
Click anywhere on a line card to expand it. A calendar strip appears showing all days, containing color-coded status slots:
Blue = trip (shows the city code)Green = day off (shows *)Yellow = layover (shows -)Red = training
Filter rosters via specific columns or choose targeted day configurations via the custom pop-up rules builder.
Manage your rankings using the Up / Down context controls or move line ranks explicitly inside your preference tab rows.
Extract datasets directly to highly structured Excel spreadsheets (`.xlsx`), standard image layouts (`.png`), or print-ready PDF summaries.
Click any pairing row item to open a clean Trade layout wrapper where you can compile data and capture the view as a snapshot file.
Update customizable fields like name, rank position, aircraft type, or base city under the user profiles portal.
When offline, the login panel automatically turns into an application status alert allowing you to browse cached schedules safely.
Toggle your display configurations cleanly by hitting the sun/moon button found directly inside your layout headers.
