FlightScheduler User Guide

Your complete guide to using FlightScheduler for monthly bid planning.

1. Getting Started

FlightScheduler turns the dense monthly schedule PDF into an interactive planning tool. Instead of flipping through dozens of pages, you can browse every line with clear stat chips, apply advanced calendar logic, build ordered bid sheets, and track live metrics interactively.

2. Signing In

Creating Your Account

  1. Open FlightScheduler and click "Create one" at the bottom of the sign-in page.
  2. Fill in your details exactly as requested by your program administrator.

3. Browsing Lines (All Lines View)

After signing in, you land on the All Lines view. This contains your toolbar controllers, active filters, comparison calendar rows, and sequential line lists.

4. Understanding a Line Card

5. Viewing Pairings

Click anywhere on a line card to expand it. A calendar strip appears showing all days, containing color-coded status slots:

6. Filtering and Searching

Filter rosters via specific columns or choose targeted day configurations via the custom pop-up rules builder.

7. Building Your Bid Sheet

Manage your rankings using the Up / Down context controls or move line ranks explicitly inside your preference tab rows.

8. Exporting Reports

Extract datasets directly to highly structured Excel spreadsheets (`.xlsx`), standard image layouts (`.png`), or print-ready PDF summaries.

9. Trade Offers

Click any pairing row item to open a clean Trade layout wrapper where you can compile data and capture the view as a snapshot file.

10. Your Profile

Update customizable fields like name, rank position, aircraft type, or base city under the user profiles portal.

11. Offline Mode

When offline, the login panel automatically turns into an application status alert allowing you to browse cached schedules safely.

12. Dark and Light Mode

Toggle your display configurations cleanly by hitting the sun/moon button found directly inside your layout headers.
